  • 1.  Installing DSD mod

    Client is updating to 2021.4 and has a DSD mod (which they've obviously installed before on this same server).
    2021.4 installed OK.
    DSD mod at first would not run at all - Event Viewer got us to a Google page that said to take the user out of Local Admin group.
    That did work - the DSD install now at least STARTED.
    But then we got this

    And Event Viewer shows this

    Any ideas?

    Maybe trying rebooting, disabling antivirus?

    I should have mentioned we did reboot, and we sort of disabled the AV.  It was Trend Micro and there were 4 services running but could only stop 2 of them.  SO if anyone has further info on how to squelch Trend, that would be appreciated, as well.

    Try putting the server in maintenance mode.
