  • 1.  Installed the 2018-Q1 (1-26-18) TTU, but Tax Table

    Installed the 2018-Q1 (1-26-18) TTU, but Tax Table Maint still shows the old rates. Installed Modules Listing correctly shows 2018-Q1 (1-26-18). How is that possible?

    Did you confirm the 'exclude from TTU' check box is unchecked? All States and Fed show the old rates?

    I had the same thing happen and could not figure it out. Now I double check the rates on each install. I renamed the attached files and then installed. All worked great then.

    We did not, @NancyHanson. I forgot that setting even existed. Actually, I'm not so sure I ever remember knowing of that setting. Thanks!! We only looked at FED, so we'll look at other jurisdictions as well. Hopefully that's the resolution, of which I'm assuming we would need to reinstall the TTU after unchecking the setting.

    @SteveEngmann, are you saying you had this issue because the 'exclude' checkbox was checked? Or did you just resolve your issue by first renaming those files before installing the TTU?

    I didn't know about that setting so I just renamed the files and installed again.

    The checkbox was the culprit.
