Is it me in my middle age that I get tired of providing an installed Module Listing every time you have to reach out to Scanco. I am actually getting pissed every time they come back and ask for it. It is like that is the only thing they have drilled into these guys. It is almost a stall tactic of doing their work. Sorry - I do not have the IML - come back when you have it.
They do not easily provide any of their downloads for multibin. Why can they not use the previous 5 versions of the IML to do their job.
If I am doing an upgrade and I say it is the same as the previous version or it if it is a new install and I say it is out of the box. They still feel like this magic piece of paper is going to make a difference.
And I agree - Holton is getting so annoying. I would rather have an automated email come one or twice a month - than Holton reaching out.
