Sage 100

Installed IRD and Aatrix on client terminal server and Citrix server. When trying to open eFiling from a citrix user session it errors out and gets an APPCRASH. Can run Aatrix eFiling from Terminal Server and Citrix server. Sage is saying that Aatrix is not compatible with Terminal servers. Is that right? How is that going to work, if everyone has to move to Aatrix at the end of the year.....

I have a client running SAGE 100 ERP Standard version 4.40 PU9. I installed the Aatrix programs on the controller's workstation and I installed the Aatrix programs on the Terminal Server. I just finished running a simulation on generating 1099-MISC forms via the Terminal Server - no issues. I just make sure that the update for the forms are done on both the Terminal Server and the controller's workstation. When I installed on the Terminal Server I installed eFiling and Reporting via Add/Install/Change Programs in Control Panel.

@ErinOldaker - I think what Sage is telling you is that this is a TME (Too Much Effort) issue. Just like Sage 100 isn't supported on a WIN 8 workstation. It will work, but don't expect Sage to help out.
