So, I'm onsite with a customer, intending to upgrade them from v2015 to v2018. I have downloaded the 2018 install image and am attempting to run it. It works on the prerequisites for awhile and then says "Sage 100 setup has failed. If the problem persists, please contact product support." I called 20 minutes ago and am awaiting a call back.
The KBA says that either the hard drive doesn't have enough room (it does) or that I need to add SYSTEM group to the security tab on the install image folder with full control. It's already there.
Do any of you have suggestions for me? Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
