This happened to me too on a 2019. According to DSD the additional Workstation install went away with this version. You can copy the dll from the server.

H Michelle,
The msi is gone for 6.10; it's no longer needed. The dsddocuments.dll should be copied to the workstation automatically upon load of the instadocs panel. Is this not happening? If not, let me know. It can be copied manually from the server's home directory to the wrkstn.
Thanks

This client upgraded to 2019. I just connected to their server and can see the instadocs installation file in the 2018 wksetup folder, but there's none in the 2019 wksetup folder.

I think it puts an additional "install" into the wksetup folder. You need to run it as administrator
and install it to a local folder on the user's PC ("C:\sage")

Original Message------
Good morning all, particularly the DSD Crew. Just got an email from a client who's receiving the following message: The InstaDocs dll must be re-registered to continue. Do you want to proceed?. The Sage advanced client is installed on a terminal server. They click on Yes but that doesn't register the dll and the message continues to appear.
Does anyone know the name of the dll and where it's located.
Thanks
