Client is on 2019 Premium. Sometime in the last month, the GL TB began printing the YEAR Beg Bal as the MONTH Beg Bal when running the TB for a particular month (ditto Detail Report).
So if you run October, it shows you the Jan Beg Bal, then Oct activity, then Jan Beg Bal + Oct activity as ending balance. For SOME accounts (some BS, some IS). It's almost like the Fiscal Year file is hosed, but the dates shows correctly. The actual GL Account Maintenance screen shows everything correctly - it is only the reports that are being weird.
I've suggested they reboot tonight and then run the Recalc (which doesn't look like it's needed, but at this point I suspect everything). Don't see anything on Sage's website.
Anyone ever seen this?
