Yes, there is the on the fly feature, but that is not problem free either. If the panel is idle for a while (not determined what a ""while"" is), she is able to add another customer number (via the # button, enter all of the address information. However, when she gets to the salesman code, the magnifying button is not visible and she is unable to enter the salesman code. Her only option is to close maintenance and start over. Panel has been modified by not that field. Thoughts. She is light on memory but this is MAS 200 so I would think memor would be less of an issue. All four customer service reps keep the customer maintenance open, only one user/workstation has reported the issue.
