    In the realm of the weird - Yes we are discussing Sage 100, Advanced v4.5.6. - User keeps customer maintenance open throughout the day so she can add customers on the fly. Yes, there is the on the fly feature, but that is not problem free either. If the panel is idle for a while (not determined what a ""while"" is), she is able to add another customer number (via the # button, enter all of the address information. However, when she gets to the salesman code, the magnifying button is not visible and she is unable to enter the salesman code. Her only option is to close maintenance and start over. Panel has been modified by not that field. Thoughts. She is light on memory but this is MAS 200 so I would think memor would be less of an issue. All four customer service reps keep the customer maintenance open, only one user/workstation has reported the issue.

    Is she able to type in a salesperson code without using the magnifying glass? Is it possible to have her test with an unmodified screen? I have had an issue similar to this with the memo button and I'm still trying to identify a pattern...

    Thanks for the thought. Unfortunately, there are scripts that run behind the scenes so I am not sure how to give her a vanilla panel without disabling the screen. Will keep that in mind though.

    is this a screen that has been upgraded throughout the years. If so I would reset the screen and redo the modfications to be on the safe side.
