In the midst of an upgrade from 2013 standard to 2017 standard. End user has Starship and uses Starship link as the API. I have a copy of Starship link 2.1. Is Starship link 2.1 the correct version to install on v2017 standard?

Yes I believe so believe you need to call Starship support to enable the correct interface. In the source accounting system it needs to say Sage 100 v2017. Once they enable it , you will need to update the registration in the Starship manager.

Thanks Jim. I will call Starship on Monday. I believe link 2.1 is the correct version for 2017 but want to be certain before installing. Then need to get Starship pointing to the new 2017 version.

Thanks Steve. That looks like the correct version. There is a difference in the file size... Mine is 10.3 MB but should be OK.

FYI - I ran the Link2 install program. The program prompts for the version of Sage 100, so there is assurance the correct link version is being installed. Interesting though is that the screen displays ""Link version 2.5"" and I was expecting 2.1. It is difficult to know that you have the correct program file until you begin installing the link and get the Sage 100 version prompt.
