    In the middle of an V2013 to V2014 Sage 100 Advanced upgrade with ASI Service Center. AutoComplete is enabled for the user (by default, but did check it to be sure). It works in AP, AR, Service Center but not in Inventory. Did the *esc in File/Run but still doesn't work in inventory. Any ideas?

    You're trying the description and not the item number right? I've also noticed it doesn't work if you're trying to use numbers.

    Have you had dialog with Cooper Black or Phil Whirley? We have a client on ASI but only at 2013.

    Phil has been involved, and is aware of this issue. I'm trying to pinpoint if it's an ASI issue or a Sage issue so wanted to see if anyone else has run into this problem. We also don't have any product updates on due to the ASI product and was going to do a test install tonight on my local to see if an unknown Sage issue at PU 0.

    Unfortunately, our 2014 is at PU1. Inventory works fine at that level. .
