In Starship, client is getting ""Writeback Failed: [XXXXXXX] Unable to locate a record."" (The XXXXXXXX would be the SO #.) Starship can read and process the invoice, just not write back the freight or tracking info. Both the invoice and SO does exist.
We went live Monday morning and it was working until ~3pm. They are using the BOI interface with ""Invoice."" Getting this message on both the shipping machine and the Sage/Starship server. Shipping station opened UPS Worldship about 3pm, so I had them close everything, and reboot and reopen Sage/Starship. Again, getting same issue on Server signed on as administrator with full Sage and starship rights. I was working on freight rules around that time, too. It's on every shipment.
Sage 2014, Starship 17.0.
Starship says they never saw this issue. Their IT person, who was there around 3pm, said he didn't do anything on that server. I'll be rebooting the server tonight, not expecting that to fix anything.
