In Sage Intelligence, I I received the following error while attempting to distribute a report: ""Error occurred during email publish in distribution instruction: Object reference not set to an instance of an object."" We had just set up the distribution settings for email to Use SMTP/Exchange Server, and I entered the client's email information. We Selected instructions to both send by email.. After clicking Send Now we received the message. Does anyone know if this is an error in the set up of the email settings, or the email server, or something else? Thanks!

@NealLuscomb - were you able to resolve this error? I have also encountered for a client and can't find anything on any KB. I tried reaching out to the person who posted on the SI Community page but am waiting to hear back from her.

Hi Kelsey. I have not resolved this yet. Our work-around is to distribute the report to a folder and then from there email to individuals. I also have not heard back from the person on the SI Community page, but I'll ping her again. I'll let you know if I hear anything.
