    In Sage 100 version 2014 on the Customer Maintenance form, Invoices tab, there is a button on the far right side of the screen that allows you to print a customer statement for the customer currently selected on the form. This button launches the Statement Printing dialog box. However, unlike the standard Statement Printing dialog, you can not change the form code once it has been set for a user. Is there a way to reset the default or change the form code for a user? Thanks!

    Print from Period End FIRST with whatever form code you want. That will then be your default.

    Thanks. I guess I'm trying to make things more complicated that they need to be.

    This was a problem a couple of versions ago, thought Sage fixed it, wonder if now broken - again!

    No Nancy, I just tested it on my workstation and it worked as Beth suggests. I will walk the customer through it on Wednesday and confirm it works for them. If not, I will be back!
