Sage 100

In Sage 100 ERP / Resources (v2013 Advanced SP8) when I click on Help Center or File Layouts and Program Information I get a collection of icons, and not the correct information. This just suddenly started. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and reset IE settings with no change. Can anyone help?

I have the same issue on my local test 4.5. 2013, 2014, and 2015 are fine.

it is a known issue with 2014 PU5 - have you installed any hot fixes?

I found that the problem occurs for me in v2013 and all prior versions back to 4.10. However, I do not have the issue in v2014 or v2015. I am now in the process of upgrading to v2015. But would still like to know what happened, because until today it was working just fine in the older versions.

I wonder if the info is kept here: c:\program files (x86)\Common Files\Sage\Common Components - this gets over written during updates.
