    In Sage 100, does anyone know what happens to customer memos when customers are merged?

    IN 4.4, anyway, they are merged. If they have two memos with the same memo CODE, the one in the customer merged INTO wins.

    Thank you Beth. My client is on 4.30 - so does anyone know if this is a change because apparently memos are NOT being merged on their system.

    Customer memos do merge. I tested and did it last week on 4.30. I also think it renumbers the memo if the memo code exists in the ""merged"" customer.

    In my 4.3, they merged but when I had dupe memo codes only the merged INTO customer's memo remained. No renaming of memos.
