In Sage 100 ""classic"" launcher, IT folks upgraded the workstations, now the ""custom buttons"" no longer appear on the top line, and cannot be added. Could this be a workstation permission problem?

Also check screen resolution. I have seen that make them disappear as well.

Make sure the pullbar divider isnt way off to the right. If so it needs to be pulled to the left.

Is this Advanced or Premium? If so, did they uninstall Workstation Setup and reinstall it? That might cause it. In location where Wkstn Setup is run under \mas90\Launcher, the TXT files for the shortcuts on custom toolbar are in subdirectories with this naming convention: \Launcher\Sage 100 User Logon\ Windows User Logon\MNUCBTN.TXT

One more thing. If they are able to add new shortcuts to custom toolbar but then after closing and re-opening Sage 100 they are no longer there, most likely a permission problem. That is, the MNUCBTN.TXT file isn't physically saved until you exit the Launcher (or click Change User). IOW, if user doesn't have permissions to save under local \mas90\Launcher that is the culprit.

I will check all of these suggestions. Suspect permissions since new WK installs done. Thanks
