In Sage 100 Advanced 2103 with new keys when I'm the only one logged in *info show 12 total licenses and 10 available. Is one license reserved for the server? Client has a 10 user license according to Sage. With the old keys in 3.71 it showed 11 total licenses and 10 available with only me logged in MAS90 mode. TIA

I know some users in 3.x showed an extra license and Sage took it away in the new keys that were issued. They claim it wasn't supposed to be there.

One license is for the server and one license is for CRM now, probably.

Thanks @RobertWood and @BethBowers. One for server and one for CRM would explain why they effectively have 11 usable licenses.

Also quite a while ago I remember Sage giving some users the choice of an extra user license. If I recall it was part of some type of legal settlement. This was ages ago in the 3.x days. I'm pretty sure nobody at Sage remembers and they probably took the extra license away.

Yes @WayneSchulz this client got that extra license and Sage is saying now they know nothing about that.

I think it was way back in the SOTA days if I'm not mistaken. I remember there being a piece of paper that went around to users. They could either select a module or a user license.

Unfortunately I don't have that communication.
