In Demo with Customer to show EES and the Maintain Customer button missing in SageCRM. Any ideas?

Is it definitely a MAS customer? If so, then, I would check to make sure you have the latest patches installed on CRM / EES. I believe we hae seen this issue before and it's been resolved.

It is a MAS customer. I can click on the order and maintain it without a problem. I see Maintain relationship for the user but not for the company. Even if it wasn't a MAS customer I would expect it to be there to create the MAS customer. Just weird that it goes away. I hate that it did it just as I went into my demo. I will be doing more indepth demo with them later (of which I wanted to talk to you about doing the SageCRM part). I guess I could update to 7.0. Wanted to do that anyway for the demo.

I'd have to see specifics. I'm sure you know this already but when I do demos, I have a list of accounts and records that I know are ""safe"". I usually double-check it an hour or so before the demo to make sure my db isn't messed up (or the application is buggy).

That is exactly what happened. I had checked it yesterday and all ok. I checked almost an hour before going through the system to make sure that I knew what accounts I wanted to show and as I was wrapping up everything I noticed the icon was missing (also ran into an error message related to MAS data that I took out of the demo). but in troubleshooting the issue I had to start the demo. I had a strict start and stop time for the demo since my part was during a two day session that they where doing with all their sales people.
