In attempting to add the MRP module for a client, the install blew up at the very end with a message that I did not get (and can't reproduce) something like ""prepare failed, error {blank}"". The module did not fully install, the MP directory exists, but the module does not appear on the menus, can't be uninstalled because it is not on the list of modules to remove, and a reinstall thinks it is already installed because it is not on the list of modules to install. I am trying to avoid a full reinstall because of the many steps required due to add-ons and custom programming. Any ideas as to how to cleanup the system files so I can try the install again? (so I can at least get the actual error to lookup in the KB - LOL)

Try deleting the MP data folder.

You may also want to look at KB 43188. Had to do this with BR Module when my install blew up.

KB 43188 is a good one to know about, thanks @NancyHanson. I was able to get the ""add module"" feature to work again, and get the exact error message ""Prepare failed with the following error:"" KB suggests the issue is fixed with 2016.5. Bummer - that means a lot of reinstalling ScanForce and DSD custom programming and hoping I don't miss something. @NicoleRonchetti can you prepare a fresh download for Proline with Jon's latest changes?
