In 4.50 MAS with Sage CRM integration can you do an inventory inquiry from within Sage CRM ? It is my understanding this could be done in prior versions, but Sage is telling our prospect that feature is not available in the new version. Are they correct? Thanks in advance.

No there is no way to do this out of the box with MAS 4.5. I don't think it could be done in prior versions either but I would need to go double-check. If this is an important feature, a customization could be built (probably around $2,000 but let's discuss if you / the prospect is interested).

There is always confusion around what Sage CRM does through its browser anytime, and what you can do when also logged into MAS 90. So, you can be logged into Sage CRM in the office network, use CRM to open the MAS SO module, and see inventory options. IN that case ""Sage CRM lets you check inventory"", but of course you can't do that when using Sage CRM from home.

True but this is different. This functionality isn't available in the office or the home.
