  • 1.  Importing to existing SO's

    I'm trying to set up an import into SO header/lines. The customer has repeating orders that they have to manually go in and update the quantities so all I want to do is update the quantities of the lines. I have the line key and sequence number but VI does not allow you to import the line sequence number. The import ADDS another line even though I am assigning the line key. I'm hoping if I assign the line sequence number, it will not ADD a line. Do I need to use the hack to add the line sequence number in VI or is this not doable?

    Yes but I think I found the solution. While I can't assign it, if it READS the line key from the file, it DOES work!!! They use the same Excel file as a template each month and I've hidden the columns so they hopefully, won't change anything!
