  • 1.  Importing sales order invoices with Multi-Bin, WMS, and Operations Management installed.

    We have a customer who has been using Scanco Multi-Bin and WMS successfully for a few months (v2022). Due to their daily volume of 500 - 1000 lines on sales order invoices (200 - 300), they import these into Sage 100. This has been working without errors. We then installed Operations Management (to be implemented) and we are now encountering failures in the VI job, primarily on header records, not lines. Nothing changed for the VI job or the import file. The first message is "all lines have not been distributed" which seems to reference multi-bin. The second message is "setup indicates that this option is not available on your system", which may be related to a setup option, but not sure where. It seems as if we need to include more data fields or provide some defaults.

    Let me know if you have worked with this combination and also importing invoices. What may be missing? Thanks.

    I haven't experienced this, but you may want to add the JT_WTNo field to the import, with Assign = blank value.  It may be looking for a value for that and you could pre-empt it?

    @Susan Pawlowic Thanks for the recommendation. It turned out to be a corrupted import. After I re-entered it, the import worked, Following that, we also found an issue with multi-bin, which Scanco sent a patch for, so all is working fine now.
