Hope everyone had a nice holiday!

I'm importing customer memos into Version 2022 Advanced.  The data was imported into AR_CustomerMemo with Auto Display = Yes.  Now I want to limit the tasks in which the memos auto display (system defaults to all).  This table appears to be AR_CustomerMemoSettings.  However, it is not available for importing.  In providex.dde I changed all of this table's fields from Read to Write but it still does not appear in the list of tables in Import Job Maintenance.

Also, in Customer Maintenance after escaping through the imported auto-display memos, when I click the Memo icon and choose a memo, the message "Memo Code is Required" appears; I then have to browse and choose the memo (again).

Any insight into either of these issues?  Thanks in advance!

Susan,

I'm not sure about importing into the memo Settings, but I might be able to help with the issue with the memo import.  Did you assign a Sequence number to the import? You can assign "000000" to that field – you will probably want to remove the memos you imported without that then then re-import.
