Last night, we imported the hot fixes for Production Management v2020 PU1.

And it broke our ability to import work ticket step information.

Before the update (and on v2019), when we import into JT_WorkTicketHeader, the data columns on the left hand side included H. WT. L, LL. record types (or whatever you call them).  After the update, we have H, L, and LL only; the WT lines are no longer available as an option.  And you can't import into JT_WorkTicketStep directly.

Does anyone have a quick fix for me for this before I call Sage.

We will probably restore from our backup from before the update was installed but was hoping someone had tips on how I can update the DataDictionary to put this back in place.

    Thanks, Robert

I don't think this is an issue with the data dictionary.  I just checked both JT_WorkTicketHeader and JT_WorkTicketStep on a 2020.1 install that has the H, WT, L, and LL, field types available.

Sounds like the Scanco hotfixes messed up whatever fix Sage previously released to deal with this issue when it first appeared.  If I recall correctly, it wasn't actually a dictionary file or .M4T file that was corrected, I think it was some .pvc files under MAS90\VI.  I'll see if I can hunt down my findings.

    Thanks @David Speck II

I compared program dates on the VI folder  before and after the update and it didn't add anything there

But I agree there was a file in VI that made a difference when we worked on this in v2019 together
