  • 1.  Importing into AR_CustomerDocuments - In 4.30, I'm

    Importing into AR_CustomerDocuments - In 4.30, I'm unable to import ONLY into this file (which is considered the Header) - I have to have a lines (AR_CustomerDocumentContacts) entry, too. What's the trick to ONLY importing into the ""header""?

    Maybe you need to select the ""Header Separte from Line Record"" ckbox on the main screen of Import Job Maint and/or specify Header Record criteria on the Record tab.

    Did you define the header record on the Records tab?

    Yep. The import looks like it's working, too - says all records imported. Liars.

    Are you just performing a ""Test"" or have you actually ran the import? I know many times the Test results will differ than when running the actual job.

    Honest-to-God run it - about 15 times, in various combinations. Only way I could get something to work was to do a Line as well as the Header- luckily they hadn't been using the additional stuff and I just reinit-d the file when I was dome.
