    This downloads as a executable but without the .exe extension. I had to rename it to extract it. Wayne must have uploaded it from a MAC.

    What about the other PDF files - did they download? You're right I uploaded the first file (ImpUsingCRMDocs.exe from my Mac) the rest (*.pdf) from a Windows 7 computer.
