I'm trying to make a backup/test company by using the Company Maintenance to copy live data to a newly created test company. All the data appears to have copied and I'm stuck watching a progress bar ""Copying Data For Business Insights"". Presumably this is stuck - anyone seen this before.? Aside from rebuilding every key file - any recommendations?

Not sure if this would help but you could stop the process and copy with business insights unchecked.

Looks like the backup might have kicked in slowing the process. I just checked and it seemed to finish normally.
