I'm totally blanking out! I'm trying to print out of MAS 90 4.30 on a terminal server and I'm only getting deferred or mail/export for printers. There are printers on the TS.

If the default printer is not valid, no printers will be mapped

is it just one report or everything? You can modify the SY_ReportSettings.m4t file if it's one specific report

Can you sign on the TS as the system administrator and try printing the report? If this works, then it is a rights issue to chase down.

I'd have to remember the phone number first.

This can occur if users do not have appropriate rights to the Data directory or printer objects. Are the printers installed on the terminal sever directly or redirected over the rep client?

Thanks. It was the default printer being invalid.

Just had this happen to a customer. Her default printer did not have the correct driver (not sure what happened) but when the driver was updated, she now had printers to choose from instead of only Deferred and Export (v2013, BTW) and not on a TS.
