I'm struggling .. maybe it's me, maybe it's Sage 100. Let's see what the 90minds think: I'm in version 4.40 and am using Physical Count Card Entry. I need to have a UDF on the Lot/Serial tier BUT there is no Tier Distribution object in Physical Count. Let's say I'm entering in a new lot number in Count Entry - I don't have a way to enter the UDF data (such as Expiration Date). Is there something I am missing, or is there something missing??

Physical count doesn't directly access tiers layers so you may be out luck.

Perhaps not on the count level. Dan Burleson wrote a script to edit udf data - I think on item maintenance. We were not able to easily change lot udfs until then.

I'd introduce new lot/serial #'s via IM Transaction Entry instead (as receipts). Not sure I'd want users to manipulate expiration dates from Card Count Entry, then not have them tie to PO Receipts.
