    I'm still trying to get more info from a panicked customer with a 100 box order- 2016.5 Advanced - they receive Error: ""The quantity packed does not match the quantity shipped for the following items:"" and then claim that the order is gone during shipping data entry. ?

    I don't think so.     Sage is indicating that we need to sign for the hot fix. From what I can gather the patch didn't make it into 2016.5 which Sage advised would cure. To fix the issue: - Remove the item(s) listed on error from box - Reship them and put into the same box - Repeat for every item listed as error This shipment was 170 boxes (previously ran into this with 600 boxes!) Sage initially wanted us to ship our data to them ... so basically have a 170 box order sit idle while Sage reviewed....
