I'm not sure if anyone noticed this, but when you do a workstation setup, it installs the help files now to program files \ common files \ sage \ common components \ help \ 4.50. They have it now split by version apparently. So the new version help files won't overwrite the old ones.

I did notice that there doesn't seem to be a separate installation for the help files now..........

I just did a MAS 200 4.50 install today and the familiar wkupdate200.exe was there.

Was it a parallel install or an in place upgrade?

Interesting. My MAS 90 V4.5 does NOT have that help file in wksetup. It was a clean install. My MAS 200 v4.5 does have the WksUpdate 200.exe file and it was an inplace upgrade.

This is why I asked. I am not surprised the in place upgrade still has the WksUpdate200 file. I assume it is left over from the 4.4 install and is not updated or needed. I am curious to find out if it exists in a new install of MAS 200 4.5.

Just check a client that I installed a new v4.5 on over the weekend. It does have the wksUpdate 200 executable on it. So it seems to be missing for MAS 90.

@Gene - it was parallel. Always parallel -- we never (or hardly ever) do in-place upgrades.
