I'm not in the know, but based on screen capture comparisons of this course, it appears that Sage is leaning more towards making Job OPS an Endorsed Solution (Add-on) and/or clarifying that Job Ops is not included in the core modules.
My WAG is that they'll roll this as more of an endorsed solution vs Sage purchase. Admittedly it could probably go either way.
