I am doing Standard/Advanced 2017 with no performance issues to speak of. The biggest problem is usually if the customer moves servers in an environment where IT has tight restrictions on either user rights or anti-virus scanning. I feel that the Sage 100c development path is just flopping around. Sage recognizes the importance of easy upgrades that don't require a lot of testing, etc. They realize that the more integrations that you have the harder the upgrade. Yet, Sage's primary new features are to bolt-on more integrations making it more complicated to upgrade. There is nobody in North America really in charge. It's all being run from overseas. I'm unsure who is running marketing but I suspect perhaps a few interns.
