I'm looking at ways to leverage Evernote more in 2012. One thing I'd like to do is start saving some of the file downloads for times when Sage's KB is offline.
Evernote is great at saving text (copy, paste, save direct via clipper) but not so good (at least on the MAC) at saving files directly into Evernote. You have to do a two step - download, drag to Evernote.
One tip I noticed is this sync tool for Drop Box. It's still not ideal but what you can do is download the Sage files to Drop Box then create an automated routine that emails out the files to your secret Evernote address.

It seems a bit beta -- for example I haven't found a way to edit my automations - though it is copying anything I put into a specially marked Drop Box folder.
Just FYI in case anyone else is thinking abou the same thing.
I'm a bit unsure what effect a large notebook will have on Evernote sync times -- I guess I'll find out over the course of 2012.
