I'm looking at the new Sage price list and notice that Knowledgesync Professional Edition is listed as ""free"" with Small Business, Sage ERP MAS90, Sage ERP MAS 200 and Sage EPR MAS 200 SQL. Is this essentially a replacement for the starter edition of Business Alerts? Is anyone else replacing Business Alerts with KS? I have two present customers where I'm thinking of taking out BA and replacing with KS simply because if I'm going to start any new reporting that I'd rather do it on the platform Sage seems to be focussed on (for today at least). Also in the tiny footnote: KnowledgeSync Professional Edition requires $399 annual M&S

Isn't that what the pricing always has been for the Professional edition, only $399 M&S?

As long as I've been paying attention, yes, that's the pricing

I think Dawn was the only BA advocate. Everyone else is KS. I offered a couple BA users a deal to move to KnowledgeSync so that they could do more for less money.

I was a BA advocate, but I've been pushing myself to use KS more and more. I think the HTML emails in KS are better than in BA, but I still don't like how small the KS screen is. I sometimes wind up developing emails in notepad then pasting them into KS because of this.

Have you discussed this with Farber? Maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel..........
