I'm learning about Sage Intelligence from the customer perspective. I just logged onto a customer's Sage 100 2016 Std instance, and noted the Sage Intelligence was not registered. So I logged onto the Sage Portal to find the registration info. There was no entry for Sage Intelligence itself, only Intelligence Rpt Designer and Rpt Manager. And the serial number, registration, activation, unlocking fields are all empty. When I try to run any of the built in reports, it gives the not registered message.
I was under the impression that Sage Intelligence came as part of the L/M bundle, but is that only true for Sage 100 2018?
