I'm in the midst of a test migration from 2013 to 2016 PU1. The data migrates fine. They have two DSD mods which they no longer require. When I go to convert the data I get the attached message: **The following enhancements must be reinstalled to the current level 5.30** I tried removing both the named mods from SY_Enhancement but that didn't do the trick. Removing the mods from the live company and re-converting is not an option since the customer continues to use their live version during this migration/test. At least one of the mods was incorporated into an existing DSD part, so requesting upgraded mods and installing to 2016 is not a super easy answer either. What file(s) do I need to modify so that I no longer get this prompt to reinstall mods no longer in use?

Actually that is a small L record (level record) and i think that is a warning message but is is good to removed the l records that aren't needed anymore

You may also need to remove the records from MAS_System\SY_Module.

It didn't show in SY_Module. Also I could enter through it but it kept popping up and I couldn't convert without getting rid of the two modification records. They also have InSynch and once I got these two out next I got a prompt to reinstall InSynch.

Open SY0CTL.soa and look for any lower case l records associated with the mods and delete them. Backup the system control file first. There maybe lower case v records referencing the mod and version level which can be deleted also. Good Luck
