    I'm growing used to the Atlas portal and now that it's more Google Chrome friendly have not had as many problems with the Knowledgebase. Admittedly finding customer keys and just about everything else is still terrible -- but in terms of knowledgebase search it seems much improved. Anyone else? Better? Worse? Still terrible (same)?

    I've been using Chrome too. I get around in it pretty normally now. My one annoyance now is how it pesters you when you leave a page.

    Of course, now I'm on with a customer, and the #$%^&*( KB is simply not working under ANY browser.
