    I'm going to need to open a support ticket with Socialcast. Jim do you have a contact and could you do so. I find that inviting people to the external groups does not always send an invitation email. I sent out 5 to mas90@yahoo.com. I can still see invites pending and even when I click ""re-send"" nothing happens This could become a material problem if we start to charge people and cannot enroll them in something they have paid for. Also I find the whole invitation process poorly designed -- we get onto Socialcast to get away from email, yet even after you have authenticated your account and logged in -- Socialcast sends all the invitations to ... wait for it ... wait for it ... EMAIL ... It's just odd

    Is it possible that it remembers previous invitees so it's not allowing you to spam their inboxes?

    It could be. I found that my invites were stuck in spam on Yahoo (which seems to happen quite a bit). Ultimately I found their support page and suggested that it was silly to send invites via email after people had already joined Socialcast. Administratively when managing a large group I should be able to just add you into the group and the instructions should only be ""log out and log back in and you'll see the group"" --- using email adds another layer of ""check your spam folder"" and ""I did and it's not there"" ... yadyadayada
