    I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that whoever (whomever?) is in charge of the Sage portal(s) is a personal friend of some bigwig at Sage. It's one of the only reasons I can see why they'd still be there.

    @WayneSchulz apparently they must have heard you and brought the portal back on line. I can get on but we still only have 2 payroll errors for ERROR 47 and French lessons are over. I'm not sure how useful the KB will be for a while.....
