I'm fairly sure that as of 12/2012 I will discontinue support for FRX setup on new computers under a prepaid support plan. Our support is limited to offering known workarounds but on a prepaid basis I don't see how I can afford to be the diagnostic technician to re-architect workarounds for non-supported products.
If the customer wants to pay a separate fee -- outside our agreement -- then we'll be happy to continue to review with no guarantee of outcome.
