    Client writes:  "I have Set up the task scheduler to post all the inventory transactions. I have checked the inventory transaction detail report and the ins and outs are working correctly. The daily transaction register however in paperless lookup does not show a Journal number or Posting date. Normally when I do this manually it does show this. If you look at the actual document it does show the source journal. The transfers are always a net Zero and they do not post to the GL anyway but is this something that I should be concerned about?"

    My notes:  Yesterday is when he set up tasks in the Sage Task Scheduler to update IM Transaction Registers followed by the Daily Transaction Register.  Has anyone seen this behavior when updating journals from Scheduled Tasks?  They are on v2021 Premium.

    This looks to be a known issue: 

    Paperless Office produces different PDF name and blank Posting Date/Journal when ran via Sage 100 Task Scheduler job

    If Sage 100 Task Scheduler has job created to run SO Daily Transaction Register, when executed the PDF naming format is different than when the SO Daily Transaction Register is ran manually within Sage 100.

    In addition, the Paperless Office Journal and Register Viewer will display a blank Journal No and blank Posting Date when SO Daily Transaction Register is executed via a Sage 100 Task Scheduler Job.

    The issue is being reviewed by Sage Engineering.

    Issue reported in Sage 100 2019.4 Premium and reproduced in both Sage 100 2019.4 Premium and Sage 100 2021.1 Advanced versions.
