I'm chasing a problem with InstaDocs which is throwing a Debug Assertion Failed error message on a Sage 100 2018 Premium customer. They are seeing this pretty widespread though in some cases it's sporadic and a user might be ok one day and get the error the next. The error typically arises when they click the InstaDocs tab.
Right now we are chasing user rights, UAC (turn off) as possible culprits but that doesn't seem to be fixing it. There is also an oddity in that the file path referenced on the error doesn't seem to exist on the server or workstation.
They are using a mix of RDP and local workstations though most users are going in remotely.
Has anyone seen this or have a guess other than the above?
