I'm blanking! I can't remember how I managed to replace the Item Description with the Extended Item Description on the Inventory Maintenance screen. I did this for a client on 4.4 ages ago and need to do it in v2014. The Customization Report just shows Alb_ExtendedDescription for the field name on the 4.4 client. Ideas anyone?

Insert a UDF field, then click on show all in the lower left of the available UDF's. This will display the extended description field.
