I'm being asked about whether 90 Minds is having a gathering at Summit. Gary has volunteered - sort of - to have us at his hosted gathering. Though I get the impression he is looking for use to share costs. My guess is that we'll do the best with an informal gathering during lunch or breakfast and perhaps keeping everyone in the loop via Groupme or whatever closed communication system everyone wants to use.

I think we should have a definite meeting time and spot for the group. Preferably the first day. We can pass out the 90Minds ribbons that Harold is bringing then. Having an initial meeting is important so people can put it on their calendar now. We have a lot of members who may not know each other. I am not opposed to paying Gary something for hosting. However, he will also have the chance to highlight HIS company in a one on one situation so the more bodies he brings in, the better for his company. At the last phone meeting, Jim W. discussed shirts. What happened to that idea?
