    I'm able to get into the Sage KB (partners.sagenorthamerica.com) but can't navigate to: Knowledgebase - Browse Documents It shows me a partial page which then says: Access Denied The item you are attempting to access requires permissions you do not have. Contact the item's owner or a system administrator to acquire the permissions in question. Anyone able to get further on this page? I'm wondering if it's Sage or my permissions.

    I had the same issue when I tried it. Have not had a chance to look into it further yet.

    Same here. Also, there is at least one client that does not show up when I do a search on the name. Not sure if it showed up before the upgrade, though.

    I can't get it to show me customer information. If I put in the account #, it tells me ""More than 0 accounts found"", then doesn't display any results. If I enter part of a customer name, but leave the account number field blank, I get ""0 accounts found"".

    The new Sage Partner Portal is just fantastic! It's been ""Loading..."" the knowledgebase now for a mere 20 minutes.

    A numbers of our customers are not showing up for us as well. Sage acknowledges they are having problems with the upgrade. Acknowledgement that you have a problem is the first step toward recovery, or so I am told.

    I can't do anything. All's I get upon logging in is what appears to be the KB search page. The first time I logged in, I got that but then was eventually able to get to the main page. But like others, I get 0 results when doing a Customer search. And then I kept getting the 'Service cannot be reached' message, and now I'm dead in the water. I put a call into Sage. Same issue with IE9 and Chrome.

    Same issues as @Brett Zimmerman. Earlier, i got the home page and thought, this really looks good. KB seemed to work. Customer search yielded nothing until I upped the count to about 2000 and just asked for Washington State. Customer record looks good but when I tried to copy info and paste, I get connecting to WebJava.SageNorthAmerica.com and get asked for credentials. Nothing worked and I couldn't get rid of the login until I closed the portal session.

    Same experience here. Was working ok this morning though I only searched KB and not customers (so not sure if I would have had customer search problems).

    I used the options button to add the KB page to my favorites. It works and now shows https://partners.sagenorthamerica.com/irj/portal?NavigationTarget=navurl://1a5c7411eaf027a0d011840e38535399 I wonder if this link will continue to work for direct KB access after they Fix? things.

    Wow, I have over 100 customers, none of whom I've ever heard of before, and none of whom are actually my customers.... since I can't HAVE any customers since I'm not a reseller. They all appear to be from CA or OR. Oh, wait, I changed the limit to 10K and now I'm getting more customers. Looks like I have every damn customer of Sage. :-)

    I got farther by upping the count to 2000. But I get no results if I do a search by ""name contains"". I only get a result if I enter the customer ID at this point. I can get their info open, but I forgot how to dump their keys to Excel.

    It seems to be working for me. I just let all the defaults and searched and it looks like all of our customers come up. I also tried name contains and that also worked.

    Searching by customer is working well for me now. I have settled on State Is and Company Name Contains for my usual search. The Maximum of Results Returned appears to really means the number of records that will be searched. It needs to be set at or above the number of customers you have or if you belong to a group, the total number in the group. I find the save View works well and it is easy to change views. I saved a couple searches and that works or at least confirms the save but I have not figured out how to retreive a saved search.

    Laughable, absolutely laughable. I'll be honest, I was really trying to be positive that this rollout was going to be successful, figuring that every other one has been a miserable failure/disaster, ""so this one has GOTTA work"". I'm guessing the budget didn't include a Test/Pilot Upgrade. Don't get me wrong, shit happens but c'mon, even the most basic functionality was broken right out of the gate. Ok, so there's my Rant regarding this project. On a positive note though, so far I am liking the look and feel stuff. That is all.

    And I do appear to now be having success with some of the functionality. @JohnBroadfoot, in case you haven't located the Saved Searches, upper-right drop-down.
