    So on one hand they say Sage 100 is ""cloud connected"" to lots of other applications, and on the other hand they say ""that's a bad idea"". ""We're from Sage and we're here to help.

    My one client that decided on X3 after meeting with a reseller I did not recommend moved to be on a single application. They now still have Unanet, Sage 100 (for payroll), Sage CRM for external CRM users, and a very dissatisfying experience.

    I fold! Unfortunately I expect we'll see more of this. Intaact has the same contact list, and they also sell direct.

    Intacct, however, has control over their direct group. Sage generally does not and never has. Worse is our contacts are not willing to do anything about it.
