  • 1.  IIG Upgrade Utility has been running for past 7 hours (Service Management)

    I'm Upgrading a client from 4.5.8 to v2021.2, with IIG Service Mgmt Processing (SMP).  One of the IIG utilities (SM_RecalculateDiscount_utl via File>Run) has been running for the past 7 hours.  I'm wondering if I should be concerned.

    When I have concerns about a program being frozen (vs slow) I check Task Manager for CPU / memory activity.

    The status meter has been moving.  And task mgr looks to be fine, i think.

    You want to find the exact process (Details tab)... probably pvxwin32 or pvxcom.  If that has zero activity, I'd be inclined to think it might be locked up.

    It appears to be active but very slow.

    Well that IIG Utility appears to have eventually finished (24hr+), but unfortunately I have no idea when.  Waiting for callback from IIG.
