If you have a moment can you take a quick look at this instruction sheet for Evernote. I'm thinking that we can go with three notebooks - KB, Mailings and Literature/pricing. Did they remove the limitation not allowing free accounts to edit shared notebooks?

I'm not sure - I tried to look on one of the resource pages but didn't see anything obvious there. I think keeping the # of notebooks small will be to our benefit. Can you think of anything besides the three: Sage KB, Sage Mailings and Pricing/Literature?

I think those three are it for now. Also, synchronisation is the British spelling of synchronization.

@WayneSchulz do you want to be doling out that access or is that something you'd like me to do as Membership?

If you can manage all that it'd be great - I'm looking at the Evernote notebooks now then you should be able to announce and start adding people. I'd say by tomorrow at the latest.

@RobertWood I think we should be good on 3 notebooks for general sharing: 90-Pricing and Literature (price lists for Sage and sponsors) 90-Sage Partner Mailing (all the Sage and related industry mailings) 90-Sage 100 KB (our Sage KB) All above can be shared to members upon request Private: 90-Administration (non-public items such as member list, sponsor contact)

I guess, I was suggesting changing who they contact for the access.

Next Question: Do you have the notebooks shared with me yet?

I setup a spreadsheet in Google Drive in the Membership folder showing which users have been added to the Evernote and what rights they have.

Looks good - Robert do you want to recruit some people to be active editors? I don't mind continuing to help. Moira said that she would. As much as I'd like to think that some of the other active members would the real need we have is for people to keep sharing full solutions in Socialcast. It's not that difficult to grab the items and throw them into Socialcast

I'll work on it. Bill Pfahnl and Brian are both interested. Gary was having an issue, but I'll troubleshoot that later.

Thanks. I was able to access one of them last night. I assume the others will open up. Now just need to get up to speed on Evernote.
